More about Rulene…

Rulene did her first teacher training in 2012 and has been teaching since. She is always learning and growing and expanding her horisons. Aerial yoga is one of her favourite styles of yoga and she completed her training in 2017, the same year her 2nd child was born.

She absolutely loves aerial yoga as it creates a sense of freedom and fun. All things missing in our adult lives. The essence of play and fun is a big part of her aerial classes while building confidence in herself and at the same time upper body and core strength.

Her low-flying restorative classes have been well received and are very popular. Rulene has a beautiful way of guiding you into your own stillness while making sure you’re comfortable in the fabric.
